Move + jump. Hold an arrow and JUMP together. Hold JUMP longer to go higher. ↓ crouches.
Hit the ? blocks. Jump underneath, then catch the mushroom or jump again for the bottle.
Use your power. The gold button changes to SPRAY, PUSH or COMMAND when you're in the right spot.
